In this class series, we will discuss working definitions and vocabulary for working with, sensing, and understanding what energy is. Join Heather Gaffney-Darnell as we explore different ideas, tools and exercises to keep your personal energy clear, grounded, and protected. These classes can be taken as a series or individually.
