Journaling Circle

Starting in spring 2025, we will be having a journaling circle.
This is a free event that will happen every first Saturday from 10:30am-12pm, with a break in August.
We will gather from 10:30am to 10:45am, then at 10:50am promptly we will begin. Bring your journal, favorite pens/writing utensils, yoga mat/pillow, and any drinks/snacks you would like.
We will start by centering ourselves, and then a prompt will be picked out of the prompt deck. Then everyone will have 45 minutes or so to reflect and free journal based on the prompt or whatever comes to you. We will allow for 15 minutes of sharing and grounding at the end.
We will be using Rupi Kuar’s writing prompt deck based on balance for our prompts. These prompts are meant to engage your mind and help you reflect intentionally on different aspects that help you set your intentions going forward. Each prompt is unique and different.
We hope you will join us for this time of reflection!
